About owner Debbie Jones:
Sommelier Debbie Jones started operating in expert kitchens at a young age, which assisted her to develop her passion for the cooking arts. She went on to participate in the Culinary Institute of America and throughout her research studies, she completed an intensive three-week red wine course that changed her career trajectory, clearing a path for her to the great dining industry. Upon her graduation from the CIA, Debbie transferred to New York and started her career atGramercy Pub before proceeding to The Modern.
She then started operating at Del Posto where she remained for four years. Throughout this time, Debbie got her diploma from the White wine Spirits Education Trust and became a Licensed Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers. Then, she became the White wine Director at Michelin-starred Musket Space prior to signing up with the Jungsik group in August 2020. It is Debbie’s passion and experience in all facets of the culinary arts that really set her apart as a sommelier since by drawing from her background, she has the ability to establish special wine pairings for each dish.
