October 25, 2022– Healdsburg, CA– After a three-year pause, the Sonoma County White Wine Library Association is restoring its Sonoma County White wine Legends occasion at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 10th, at the Steele Lane Recreation Center in Santa Rosa.

A fundraiser for the Sonoma County Red Wine Library, Legends: Next Gen will include a panel of five next-generation specialists of the regional red wine neighborhood. White wine author Christopher Sawyer, who contributes to regional and worldwide industry publications, will moderate the panel conversation of these legends in the making: Jamie Benziger, Winemaker, Images Red Wine Estates; Drew Damskey, Winemaker/Consultant, Palmeri Wines; Mari Jones, President, Emeritus Vineyards; Shelly Rafanelli, Wine maker and Owner, A. Rafanelli Red Wines; and Alan Ramey, President, Ramey Red Wine Cellars.
In addition to discussing the past, present, and future of the Sonoma County red wine industry, the panelists will be pouring their wines throughout the reception, and a charcuterie plate will be offered. To assist support the wine library’s mission, a quiet auction will feature special red wines, presents, and wine-country experiences.
“Every year, our Legends occasion has always been the biggest fundraising event for the Wine Library,” stated Julie Pedroncelli St. John, president of the Sonoma County White Wine Library Association. “We’re looking forward to resuming this ‘fun-raiser’ and are grateful for the assistance of our white wine community here in Sonoma County and beyond.”
