Chris McFall to Manage Drink Program at the Three Michelin-Starred Restaurant
October 21st– Healdsburg, CA– Chef Kyle and Katina Connaughton are happy to reveal Chris McFall has moved into a larger function managing the whole drink program as Wine Director at SingleThread. Most recently the dining establishment’s Head Sommelier, the accomplished drink professional very first gained acknowledgment in his hometown of Austin, Texas when he was named Finest New Sommelier by Red wine & & Spirits Magazine in 2012 for his work at Paggi House. McFall later on managed and established noteworthy programs at two-Michelin starred Lazy Bear in San Francisco prior to joining the SingleThread wine team in the spring of 2020.

McFall will supervise SingleThread’s highly curated, 150-plus page wine list that consists of bottles from all over the world with an unique concentrate on Sonoma red wines. A variety of specialty sake selections from SingleThread’s cellar, in addition to a vibrant zero-proof drink program, are now under his province as well. McFall worked with Little Saint Bar Director Matt Siegel and SingleThread Farm to expand the non-alcoholic initiative. In 2021, SingleThread got the desirable Wine Viewer Grand Award, which acknowledges remarkable white wine lists, cellars and service around the world– an award held by just 97 restaurants worldwide.
