Poliziano was developed in 1961 by Dino Carletti. His son Federico took control of the winery in the ’70s and ’80s raising the quality and vineyards to a world class requirement in the region, recording the finest expression of the unique climate and soil of this part of Tuscany.The grapes are being sourced from the most southern parts of the region contributing to the gorgeous ripeness of the Sangiovese.
